Victoria Brewery Ltd, Victoria Brewery, Railway Street, Nelson, Lancashire.

Registered February 1903 to acquire the business of Joseph Wooliscroft and William Thomas trading as William Thomas & Co.

Went into voluntary liquidation 25th April 1905.
