Simpson & Crummack, Swan Brewery, Grey Street , Manchester, Ardwick , Greater Manchester .

Founded c.1877 at the Neptune Brewery, Garratt Street, Oldham Road and moved to the Swan Brewery c.1893 as predecessors to Neil Ryrie.

Acquired by the Empress Brewery Co. Ltd. 1898.
