Registered March 1896 to acquire: Frederick Everitt, trading as Isaac Bates, King's Heath Brewery; White & Lake, West End Brewery, Bristol Street, Edgbaston and Albert Henson, East End Brewery, Nechells, with a total of 136 public houses. Brewing ceased 1900.
