There are minimal differences among the three devices when it comes to their processor memory. As the bao da iPad Air 2 runs on an A8X processor with 64-bit design, the Galaxy Tab S has an Exynos 5 Octa 5420 SoC processor the works on 1.9 GHz quad-core Cortex-A15, and the Google Nexus 9 operates on a Tegra K1 that has a processor chip with 2.3 dual-core Denver under the cover.
About their memory, iPad oxygen 2 has 16Bg, 64GB, and 128GB storage choices, whereas the Galaxy Tab S and Nexus 9 include 16GB and 32GB. Tab S has a provision for expansion of up to 128GB through a microSD slot.
