Williams Brothers Brewing Co, Heather Ales Ltd, New Alloa Brewery, Eglinton, Kelliebank, Alloa.

Commenced 1999 after Maclay & Co. Ltd closed, by ex-members of staff to brew their beers as the Forth Brewing Co.

They also brewed the bottled beers for Heather Ales.

Towards the end of 2003 Heather took over the plant and it became Williams Brothers.
