Varley & Varley Ltd, Lascelles Hall Brewery, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

In 1860 Richard Durrans & Co, by 1889 Murdoch & Varley.

Registered 1892 and in liquidation by 1894, when John Harrison listed, but for sale 5th July.

Sold 1897.

In 1894 Varley & Varley also listed at Kirkheaton.

Acquired by John Smiths with 35 houses.
