Simpson & Crummack, Swan Brewery, Grey Street, Manchester, Ardwick, Greater Manchester.

Founded c.1877 at the Neptune Brewery, Garratt Street, Oldham Road and moved to the Swan Brewery c.1893, previously John Foster.

Acquired by the Empress Brewery Co. Ltd. 1898.
