William Hudson Baxter & Co. Ltd, Haslingden Brewery, Lower Lane, Haslingden, Lancashire.

Baxter acquired the brewery from the estate of John Booth in 1884 who had been fatally scalded the previous year.

Acquired by his brother John Baxter Ltd. of Waterfoot 1922 with 40 tied houses.
