John Sanderson & Sons, Haymarket Brewery, 105 Percy Street, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Tyne & Wear.

Acquired by Newcastle Breweries Ltd. with Hotspur Hotel and 26 other houses in 1896 and the site used as stores and offices that are now in use by the University.
