Tomos Watkin & Sons Ltd, Hurns Brewing Co. Ltd, Phoenix Brewery, Unit 3, Century Park, Valley Way, Swansea Enterprise Park, Swansea, West Glamorgan.

Opened in February 1996, based behind the Castle Hotel, in Llandeilo.

Moved to its current site in the Summer of 2000, using the plant formerly at the Fermenter & Firkin.

Built up a small tied estate during 2000, but at the end of 2001, following a management decision, these were split from the brewery to form Celtic Inns and a new brewery company formed.
