Oak Brewing Company Ltd, Phoenix Brewery Ltd, Green Lane, Heywood, Greater Manchester.

Brewing commenced 1992 when brewery moved from Ellesmere Port.

In 1996 it changed its name to the Phoenix Brewery and operated from the 19th century premises of the Phoenix Brewery Co. Ltd.
