Stamford Brewery Co.(Ashton-under-Lyne) Ltd, Stamford Brewery, Portland, Ashton-Under-Lyne, Greater Manchester.

Registered March 1895 as the Portland Brewery Co. Ltd. Street. As there was already a Portland Brewery in existence in the town, the name was changed as above on 22nd April 1895.

Merged with Whitefield Brewery Co. Ltd and the Lee Home Brewing Co. Ltd. in 1899 to form Whitefield Breweries Ltd.
