Hani and Sarah Saleh established the company in 2015 as The Unity Brew House. In early 2018, they renamed the brewery The Hop Shed. it is located on a commercial hop farm. The brew house is a British made 10 Barrel brewery, designed and installed by Johnson Brewing Design in 2016. A bar at the brewery is open limited hours on Fridays and Saturdays.
