Charles Brown & Sons Ltd, Hatfield Peverel, Essex.
Founded by 1855 by Edward & James Rust.
Acquired by Brown in 1894. Private company registered 1906. Their 6 public houses were sold to Ridley & Sons Ltd. in June 1920 after they had acquired the brewery in April 1918.
Brewer's House and some outbuildings remain.
