Founded 1867 by George Thomas Millard as the Jolly Collier. Name changed 1871-1881. Brewing ceased December 1961.
The Gipsies Tent pub was closed in 1980 and the remains of the Little Model Brewery were demolished in 2004. After several years of closure, conversion of the pub to another use took place in 2018.
