The premises were previously occupied by Rugby Brewing Co. Following the failure of that company, the brewery became Willey Brewery in 2009, then renamed Wood Farm.
A bar and restaurant was established in 2012.
Change of ownership of the brewery and restaurant in 2015 to Kendricks. All closed in early 2017, when Kendricks moved their brewing operation to the Pig In Muck, Claybrooke Magna. Kendricks ceased brewing in 2018.
In November 2017, the brewery and restaurant at Wood Farm was reopened by O'Neill's Brewing Company.
