Founded 1740.
Offered for sale 1859 with 30 houses by trustees of late Thomas Walker & bought by Alfred Leney & James Evenden of Wateringbury.
Registered December 1896.
Acquired by Fremlins Ltd. 1926 and brewing ceased 1927. Business continued as Leney's Table Waters Ltd. registered 1927, until 1950.
Brewery demolished 1965.
