Henry Spencer & Co. Ltd, Old Brewery, 10 Irish Street, Whitehaven, Cumbria.
Founded c.1790. Registered August 1891 to acquire the business of Spencer Broadbent and Henry Taylor carried on as Spencer & Co. Acquired by the Workington Brewery Co. Ltd. November 1929 with about 40 tied houses and was closed.
