Founded 1867 as the Shipley Brewery Company. Occupied by George Glover Atkinson in 1877, John Pullan 1879, Messrs J.& W.Whitham c.1883 and William Murgatroyd in 1887.
Offered for sale April 1891 but no bids.
In 1902 the property was used by a wholesale dry salters.
The sons of Daniel Riddiough of the Peel Park Brewery Co. Ltd, Bradford, are believed to have been involved at some point.
