Emmanuel Watton, Pokesdown Brewery, 27 Southbourne Road, Pokesdown, Bournemouth, Dorset.
Built by Watton in 1873. Succeeded by his widow then his son-in-law, John Emmanuel Frampton.
Acquired by Frampton Brothers 1902 and brewery closed 1907 when they moved to the Christchurch Steam Brewery.
Buildings remain as housing.
