Founded 1840.
Acquired by Albert Phillips in 1906 and continued trading under the name of Burts until 1992 when brewing ceased.
Acquired by Hartridge & Sons Ltd.
Brewing transferred to the Island Brewery, Newport.
Re-opened as Ventnor Brewery.
