William Cartwright 1890-1904. For sale 1902 with brewery on 2 floors. William was also a maltster. Ada Elizabeth Cartwright 1906-1923.
To William Butler & Co. Ltd in 1924, when the brewing plant was sold.
Later to Julia Hanson & Sons Ltd. Demolished.
