Operated by Lawrence O'Neill & Co. in 1884 Registered 1885 to acquire H Weld, Blundell & Co. Reconstructed company registered November 1896.

Acquired by United Breweries with 270 houses in 1961 and brewing ceased in 1973.

Part of office block remains.
