Built c.1861 as the Manningham Brewery for Clement Taylor & Son who had previously brewed at the Springhead Brewery, White Abbey, from c.1853. Registered January 1898. Acquired by Samuel [[Webster & Sons Ltd]]. 1966 with c.75 houses. Brewery closed following year and was demolished.
