Hyde's Brewery Ltd

Founded by Alfred Hyde about 1863 at the Crown Brewery, Audenshaw.
They moved to the Victoria Brewery, Lower Moss Lane 1870 followed by the Mayfield Street Brewery, Ardwick in 1882 and the Monmouth Street Brewery, Rusholme 1887 before moving to the present brewery in July 1899 formerly occupied by Greatorex Brothers.
Registered December 1912 as Hyde's Queen's Brewery Ltd. and the name was change as above in 1944.
Still independent.
