Plume of Feathers, 148 Upper High Street, Dudley, West Midlands
This home-brew pub was acquired by the Hughes family (Sarah Hughes) from the Beacon Hotel, Sedgley in 1936.
George Hughes (ca. 1931-1940). George Harold Hughes was the grandfather of John Hughes of the Beacon Hotel, Sedgley.
The brewery closed in about 1955 and was on sale by auction in 1956.
The pub was closed by 1964 and demolished.
