Established in September 2014, the 5-barrel brewery was acquired from Fenland Brewery in Ely.
After running a brewery at the Baltic Fleet in Liverpool, Mark Yates established Connoisseur Ales in September 2014, the 5-barrel brewery being acquired from Fenland Brewery in Ely.
 
The brewery has an open day with on-sales on the first Saturday of each month.
