Richard Chapman was succeeded in 1895 by King & Wordsley. They were followed in 1899 by Thomas William Elvey.
He was bankrupt in 1906 and the brewery with 21 houses was acquired by Godsell & Sons Ltd.
There was a reference to a Dursley Brewery Company in 1904 which is yet unproven.
