Founded by Alfred Parkins by 1889. By 1891 it was called the Borehamwood Brewery, but by the time Parkins died in 1909, it was known as the Star Brewery. Registered as above 26th May 1909. Receiver appointed 5th October 1911 and the company was dissolved 6th July 1920. Premises became offices for Shorts Lifts Ltd.
