Watson, Woodhead & Wagstaffe Ltd, Irwell Street, Salford, Greater Manchester.

Registered December 1895 as Watson & Woodhead Ltd. to acquire the Irwell and Bolton Street breweries.

Name changed as above 25th April 1898 when John Wagstaffe & Co. were acquired.

Merged with Walker & Homfrays Ltd. 1912 and was wound up on 10th February 1923.

Building remains.
