Edward Harding Soulby & Co, New Bolingbroke Brewery, New Bolingbroke, Lincolnshire.

Founded 1841 as a partnership between Soulby and John Cooke Soulby.

John committed suicide in 1854.

Had branches at Coningsby and Boston.

Acquired the Alford Brewery of Thomas Bradley and sold above to Horace Everitt both in 1869. Everitt died in 1897 and the brewery was closed.
