Attempted merger with [[Godson, Freeman & Wilmot Ltd]] of London before being taken over by Alan Kiley and Philip Tucker of Cranwell Investments in February 1983, who already controlled the [[Sussex Brewery]] and [[Martlet Brewery]].
Founded November 1980 by Alastair Wallace and David Robson, occupying part of the historic [[Styring & Co]] brewery premises.


Closed April 1985.
Attempted merger with [[Godson, Freeman & Wilmot Ltd]] of London before being taken over by Alan Kiley and Philip Tucker of Cranwell Investments in February 1983, who already controlled the [[Sussex Brewery (Edburton)|Sussex Brewery]] and [[Martlet Brewery]].
 
Closed April 1985. Premises later occupied by the [[Wiltshire Brewery]].
