Spencer’s (West Bromwich) Ltd, Phoenix Brewery, 335 High Street, Wednesbury, West Midlands.

Dowdeswell & Spencer ale and porter merchants listed in 1892, merged into Birmingham Breweries Ltd. in 1896.

Registered as above in 1903, possibly as the Phoenix Brewery.

In March 1908 they had registered various trademarks at the above address. Listed between 1908-1928.

In 1909 their advertisement states they were offering Pure Family Pale Ales but possibly just bottlers.
