The Brewers’ Guardian 29th March 1917 reported the death of Benjamin Combe, one time owner of the North Street Brewery, Winchcombe.

Brewhouse remains at rear of Old White Lion. Combe died in 1917 when connected to the Grafton Brewery, Cheltenham.
