Bellamy & Ashton, Phoenix Brewery, 49 Southgate, Sleaford, Lincolnshire.

Founded 1853 by Joseph Bellamy, trading as Mary Bellamy & Sons, partners Mary, James, Joseph and Robert. Robert left April 1863.

Operated as a partnership between Herbert Edward Collier and Joseph Bellamy until 1885, and George Bellamy and Herbert Collier until 1888. Thereafter partnership between Bellamy and John Ashton until 1900, when Bellamy died.

Business sold to Soulby, Sons & Winch Ltd. July 1900 with 12 public houses.
