C E Seed Maltings, Worksop, Nottinghamshire
C E Seed of Clayton, Bradford, were maltsters in Worksop. They had acquired the business from William Glossop & Bulay, and operated the maltings until 1963 when they were taken over by Ramsdens of Halifax. Ramsdens were absorbed into Tetleys in 1964.
There was one malthouse of three floors, a brick-built steep and a phenomenal kiln with turners.
