Steyning Breweries Ltd, High Street , Steyning , West Sussex .
Registered June 1898 to acquire the businesses of George Gates and George and Harriett Michell. Beer was brewed for them by the Rock Brewery (Brighton) Ltd. in 1917.
Brewery up for sale in 1920 with the plant on offer 1922. Licensed houses acquired by Portsmouth & Brighton United Breweries Ltd. 1928. The remains of both breweries are still identifiable.
