William Baker & Sons, Hope Brewery, 26 Old Cross, Hertford, Hertfordshire.

Originally a maltings acquired by William Baker c.1831 and converted into a brewery.

Acquired by McMullen & Sons Ltd] December 1920 with 20 public houses and used as a mineral water factory and offices from 1927.

Most of the buildings have gone but part is still used as offices.
