An advert from 1889

Corporation Arms Brewery, Castle Street, Ruthin, Denbighshire / Clwyd

Robert Roberts bought the Corporation Arms in 1879 and established a brewery there. In about 1890, he bought the nearby Hand Brewery (Ruthin) and moved his brewing business there. William Owen was then recorded at the Corporation Arms in 1895.
