Hawkshead was founded by radio presenter Alex Brodie in the village in 2002
Best sellers - Hawkshead Bitter 3.7%ABV from 95% pale malt and 5%crystal and late Celeia Windermere Pale 3.5% only 8o colour and late citra
Red 4.2%ABV, 45o colour; Brodie's Prime 4.9%ABV, 50BU with late Cascades; Dry Stone Stout at 4.5%ABV
Lakeland Gold is 4.4%ABV, 45BU with late First Gold and Cascades; the 1000th mash used four New Zealand hops - Green Bullet, Motueka Risaka and Nelson Sauvin
Red is the biggest bottle brand psckaged by Robinsons. Holdens do the others
The brewery moved across Lake Windermere to Staveley in 2006 to the Mill Yard with some 20 artisan establishments
