Acquired by his brother John Baxter Ltd. of Waterfoot 1922 with 40 tied houses.
In January 1850 partnership of Richard Booth & John Baxter dissolved when latter left and founded the Glen Top Brewery.
 
In 1884 William bought from the exors of John Booth who had been fatally scalded the previous year.

William Hudson Baxter & Co. Ltd, Haslingden Brewery, Lower Lane, Haslingden, Lancashire.

In January 1850 partnership of Richard Booth & John Baxter dissolved when latter left and founded the Glen Top Brewery.

In 1884 William bought from the exors of John Booth who had been fatally scalded the previous year.

In 1922 acquired by the Baxter Ltd. family’s brewery of Waterfoot, with 40 tied houses. See John Baxter Ltd.
